Data protection
1. Preamble
Respect for the private sphere is important to us and we take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the proper processing of personal data. This document presents the company policy regarding personal data and their possible processing.
2. Collection and Retention
We collect and store the personal data of our customers, partners, and suppliers in a proportionate manner, that is, to the extent necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations and to provide services of high quality only, namely for the purpose of relationship management, order processing and contracts, provision of services, billing and after-sales services.
The categories of personal data processed are names, telephone numbers, addresses, including mail, and functions in the company. We also collect the IP address of our users, for the purpose of analysis and continuous improvement, as well as bank details for payment transactions. The data are then retained only as long as they are relevant for the purpose.
3. Communication
When a third party is involved in the provision of services, we may transmit customer data to that third party when necessary, under the following conditions:
- third parties have access to the data as part of the transaction, for example for the purpose of obtaining payments or maintaining transactions,
- we ask third parties to act within the framework and in compliance with the applicable principles of personal data protection,
- we only provide the necessary information to the suited service,
- under no circumstances do we transmit data for advertising purposes.
4. The right to access your data
You have the right to access and correct your personal data, as well as to object the processing of your personal data, that you can exercise by writing us at info@tekoa.ch
If you have an account or have left comments on the site, you can request to receive a file containing all the personal information we have about you, including the information you have provided. You can also request the deletion of your personal data. This does not take into account data stored for administrative, legal or security purposes.
We will ask you regularly if you want to stay on our marketing files (blog, information about our services, newsletters, etc.).
5. IntellectualProperty
The use of the www.tekoa.ch web service is strictly for personal purposes.
All trademarks, texts, comments, works, illustrations, images, whether visual or sound, reproduced on the Tekoa site are protected by copyright, trademark, patent and image rights. They are owned by Tekoa-Lucette Quarteron or its partners.
Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, constitutes counterfeiting which may incur the civil and criminal liability of the author.
Applicable law
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. The settlement of the dispute is subject to Swiss law and falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of the location of the registered office of Tekoa-Lucette Quarteron.
