Terms and conditions of sale

1.    Order

The order can only be registered if you are clearly identified by the entry of your name, postal and email addresses.

After placing your order, we send you, by email, an acknowledgement of receipt of the order including a summary of the items ordered and the delivery address.

Order confirmation takes place after payment. You will receive an email confirming this shipment.

Prices are expressed in Swiss francs, tax included. Tekoa-Lucette Quarteron reserves the right to modify them in the event of an increase in charges, in particular VAT, and in the event of a manifest error.

2.    Payment

By PayPal and Credit Card

You already have a PayPal account? Use your PayPal account and pay your order securely without communicating your bank details.

You do not have a PayPal account? You can nevertheless use this option for payment by credit card.

 

By bank transfer

The acknowledgement of receipt gives you the summary of your order to pay by bank transfer to the Tekoa-Lucette Quarteron account

3. Tekoa Events Cancellations

Cancellation of an order, in writing form only, may be refunded under the following conditions:

From 30 to 21 days before the event:                    60% of the estimated amount

From 20 to 8 days before the event:                       30% of the estimated amount

From 7 days before the event:                                        No refund

 

4.    Terms of Sale for Joint Partner Events

The order could be made via PayPal, Bank transfer and credit card directly to Tekoa or via an event platform.

According to our partnerships, the cancellation conditions are different. We will keep you informed of these specific conditions in the event presentation.

 

5. In case of dispute

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. The settlement of the dispute is subject to Swiss law and falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of the location of the registered office of Tekoa-Lucette Quarteron.
