I've tried Turo in two widely different capacities. After such a positive experience, I decided to try out Turo again during a road trip to the Florida Keys. They told us they wouldnt rent to us without one so we Ubered to the hotel and rented from another agency the next morning. Specifically, the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority and Turo, a San Francisco-based company, are butting heads in what is now nearly a yearlong dispute. Customer service was good.
